Roddy White decided to pay up on his Twitter guarantee after all

If there's one thing Roddy White may have learned from March Madness, it's to not make a bet on Twitter.

Even if it's just a bit of innocent sports talk.

After seemingly reneging on his promise to give a fan season tickets if Mercer beat Duke (which they did) and being widely scolded on Twitter, White gave the fan a ticket to the Falcons-Bears game.

But that wasn't good enough for the dozens on Twitter who felt like the Falcons receiver wasn't honoring his bet. So on Thursday, White tweeted this:

Dylan Holt, the follower White made the non-bet with (because as he pointed out earlier, gambling is illegal in the NFL), responded with a bit of a joke:

But then added this:

Earlier this week, Holt tweeted that he was fine with White not honoring the bet and didn't want to be a distraction to the Falcons. But apparently the word was too far out that White may have gone back on his word.
